Care to be provided for 4 hours during wedding breakfast and children to return to parents for evening reception.
Mobile creche was ideal for the younger age group. Whilst the creche team ensured the younger children had fun with varied toys and games the activities team ran an activity workshop in the separate room. This included a treasure hunt challenge, parachute games, balloon modelling and t-shirt designs.
Client brief: 20 children ranging from 3 years to 10 years and 12 children over 6 years. A large marquee provided adjacent to the main guests marquee with plenty of secure garden space. Care to be provided for 6 hours during drinks reception, lunch time bbq and high tea, children to return to parents after 8pm.
Mobile creche was ideal for the younger age group based in the marquee. Whilst the creche team ensured the younger children had fun with varied giant garden toys and inflatables and the activities team ran activity workshops in both the children's allocated marquee and garden area, which included T-shirt printing, balloon modelling, jewellery & badge making, a treasure hunt, parachute games, wacky races and dodge ball.
Client brief: Up to 10 children ranging from 0 to 8 years +. Three conference rooms provided in a hotel near to the conference venue, one as a general play/craft area, one as a sleeping room and one for lunch/snacks. Care to be provided for 5 days, 5 hours on the first day and 10 hours on the other days. Children to pre-order lunch from menu, and hotel to provide. Possible babysitting in evenings.
The mobile creche team organised a varied programme of activities to suit the diverse age range which included a 6 week old baby and a 10 year old. Whilst maintaining routines for the younger ones, the children participated in many different play activities, including arts and crafts, dressing up, walks along the promenade and Oceanarium visit.
Client brief: All day conference (9-5pm) followed by an awards dinner (7pm-1am). There are 20 children aged between 6 months - 6 years and 4 children between 12 - 16 years.
Mobile creche was ideal during the daytime for the under 6 years. The creche team ran structured activities for the older age group throughout the day. Due to the location of this event the 12 - 16 years age group went off to the cinema, followed by bowling and a pizza with 2 members of our staff. Babysitters were provided for the evening allowing children to be cared for in their own rooms and to go to bed and maintain their usual routine
Client brief: Requiring care for 3 hours per week on a regular basis for up to 15 children under 5 years.
Mobile creche is ideal as the children are all under 5, therefore 'care' is the main aim. In this circumstances the creche had plenty of under-5 activities and a high ratio of childcarers to children to ensure they settled and enjoyed the experience. The creche team ensured the equipment was rotated on a weekly basis to stimulate the children, and ran a structured art and craft activity each week for those children who wanted to participate.
